Community Service

Draper City Court allows court-ordered community service in lieu of paying a fine. You must appear before the Judge and request to do community service instead of paying a fine. The Court credits $20 per hour for each 8-hour workday with Draper City's Facilities Department.

Community service is available on Mondays and Wednesdays only. Community service workers must report by 8 a.m. and must work eight hours. Workers may not work partial days. Meet at the Court entrance, Draper City Hall, south parking lot. Be prepared to work outdoors and dress for weather conditions.
