Push to Survive
Push to Survive is a free public education class providing training in hands-only CPR. This skill is easy to learn, easy to remember, and most importantly, easy to perform in an emergency.
This class is free, but registration is required. This class does not provide CPR certification.
Stop the Bleed
Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and call to action intended to encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.

This free, hands-on training will teach you how to:
- Recognize life-threatening bleeding
- Properly apply a tourniquet
- Pack and control severe bleeding
- Hands-only CPR
No prior medical training is required. This class is open to all community members who want to be better prepared to help in an emergency.
