2026 Pavement Maintenance Project

Draper City has contracted with Morgan Pavement for pavement maintenance on various city streets. Work began on April 30, with expected completion by September.

Each year, our engineering staff evaluates all city-maintained streets to determine maintenance scheduling priority based on road conditions and available funding. Treatment processes include crack seal, scrub seal, slurry, and mill and overlay. Residents whose street will be serviced will receive a door notice with the date of work and information about road closures and parking restrictions.

Draper City’s Current Road Projects map will be updated weekly with planned locations. See the map link below to view scheduled pavement maintenance and check for updates.

Wondering if your street is on the list this year? A map showing all the streets that will be treated in 2026 may be viewed at the following link. This map does not show dates. Dates of service will be announced weekly due to scheduling variables.

The City often gets hears questions or concerns during the treatment process regarding the appearance of the work. These processes are done in phases, and it may appear the work has been completed and left in a messy state, but follow-up work happens over a few weeks, and it can take a couple of months to fully cure and look finished. The video linked below is a similar example of the slurry process that will be happening in Draper.
