NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Exchange 14068 South 145 East Development Agreement Request

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the below bodies

to consider the above listed request. The property is located at approximately 14068 S. 145 East. The purpose of the request is to modify Draper City Municipal Code Title 9 standards to allow a building up to 60-feet in height and allow alternative architectural and parking standards. The request will allow a building to be built in the existing Exchange at 140^th office complex which better aligns with what has already been built in the complex.

·         Planning Commission: September 10, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.

·         City Council: September 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
