Planning Services Portal
Business with the Draper City Planning Division is conducted via an online portal. Submit land use applications, check your status, and resubmit drawings through the Planning Services Portal. You will need to create an account to access the portal.
In addition to checklist items for land use applications, the following will be required at the time of application.
- All digital files must be unlocked to allow comments by Draper City staff; otherwise, they will be returned immediately without being reviewed.
- Any required approvals from outside agencies and Draper City departments.
- There must be proof that Draper City has approved a geotechnical engineering report or that an application for review is in progress.
