When using a federal write-in absentee ballot, fill out the Voter Information section completely and accurately. Write-in the office and candidate name(s) for the races you choose to vote for in the appropriate sections.
Ballots sent by mail must be received by the Salt Lake County Clerk, 2001 S. State Street, #S1-200, Salt Lake City, UT 84190 no later than 8:00 P.M. on Election Day, and electronic ballots must be received no later than 8:00 P.M. (MT) on Tuesday, August 12th.
For more information on the use of the Federal Post Card Applications (FPCA), the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP), and related deadlines, or the use of a Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB) if you do not receive your ballot in time, please contact the Salt Lake County Election Division at www.slco.vote, 385-468-7400, or vote@saltlakecounty.gov
