NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Veranda West Master Area Plan Amendment, Zoning Text Amendment, and Conditional Use Permit Request

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to consider the above listed requests. The property is located at approximately 13708 South 600 West. The purpose of the request is to receive approval for a Master Area Plan (MAP) Amendment and a Zoning Text Amendment to the Draper City Municipal Code (DCMC) Chapter 9-14 to modify the Veranda West Master Area Plan, and a Conditional Use Permit to allow outdoor recreation in the TSD zone.  

The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall in the City Council Chambers, on May 14, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.  The complete notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, Draper City Website; www.draperutah.gov/news/, and at Draper City Hall.
