NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Kimballs Junction Development Agreement Amendment Request

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to consider the above listed request. The property is located at approximately 632 E Pioneer Rd. The purpose of the request is to amend the existing Kimballs Junction Development Agreement to adopt design standards and a concept site plan. The development will contain the previously approved 25-27 dwelling units per acre.
