PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE UPDATE: Bangerter Crossroads - Land Use Map Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment Requests

Notice is hereby given that the above listed requests have been continued to a date uncertain from the initially noticed and scheduled public hearing before the Draper City Council on December 2, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The property is located at approximately 13782 S. 300 E. The purpose of the requests is to change the General Plan Land Use Map to a Regional Commercial Designation, and the Zoning Map Zoning to the CR (Regional Commercial) zone regarding future potential development of the property as part of a commercial center.

A new notice for of public hearing for the above listed requests will be posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, Draper City Website; www.draperutah.gov/news/, and at Draper City Hall prior to the request being heard on a  future date by the City Council.

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to consider the above listed requests. The property is located at approximately 13782 S. 300 E. The purpose of the requests is to change the General Plan Land Use Map to a Regional Commercial Designation, and the Zoning Map Zoning to the CR (Regional Commercial) zone regarding future potential development of the property as part of a commercial center.
