On June 9, 2026, the Draper City Council Adopted Ordinance #1718 amending the official zoning map of Draper City for approximately 0.33 acres of property from RA1 (Residential Agriculture) to R3 (Single-Family Residential), located at approximately 12738 S. 300 E. within Draper City, otherwise known as the Nielsen Zoning Map Amendment.
