Notice of Ordinance Adoption – Ordinance #1709

On March 24, 2026, the Draper City Council Adopted Ordinance #1709 Amending the Official Land Use Map of Draper City for approximately 2.03 acres of property from Residential Medium Density to Residential High Density, located at approximately 791 East 12200 South within Draper City, otherwise known as Fratto Farms Land Use Map Amendment.
