NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that the Draper City Police Department intends to dispose of unclaimed personal property in accordance with Utah Code § 77-11d-105. The property has been held by the Police Department as lost or mislaid property, and reasonable efforts have been made to identify and notify the rightful owners. The unclaimed property consists of various bicycles and scooters.

A general description of the items includes:
• Multiple bicycles and scooters of varying make, model, and condition

Intended date of disposition: December 16, 2025

The property will be disposed of in accordance with Utah Code, which may include application to a public interest use, public auction, or destruction if the property is not fit for use or sale.
