On November 18, 2025, the Draper City Council Adopted Ordinance #1685 amending the official land use map of draper city for approximately 0.89 acres of property from residential low/medium density to residential medium density, located at approximately 1394 east 12900 south within draper city, otherwise known as the Fetzer zoning map amendment.
