REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

FOR ON-CALL PAVEMENT MARKING

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), Draper City intends to select a qualified Contractor to provide the pavement marking work on an as-needed basis described herein for, initially, a twenty-four (24) month period. This can service period can optionally be renewed in writing for up to three (3) twelve (12) month periods, for a total of 5 years. Based on evaluation of the RFPs, Draper City may choose at its discretion to award to multiple Contractors an on-going contract. All work contracted to complete is to be done as described in the RFP and Draper City specifications.

Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV / Bonfire on or before WEDNESDAY, MAY 21^ST, 2025 at 2:00 PM.

The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV until 2:00PM on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11^TH, 2025. Responses received after this time will not be accepted.

Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be reviewed. The representatives identified on the selected and approved proposal(s) will be notified within 7 days that the City would like to enter an agreement.

Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through U3P before 2:00PM on MONDAY, JUNE 9^TH, 2025.

The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
