NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary Plat for the 13081 S. Minuteman Project
Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to consider the above-listed requests.  The property is located at approximately 13081 S. Minuteman Drive.  The purpose of the request is to modify the site layout, build a new office building with parking, obtain a conditional use permit for an existing outdoor storage yard, and allow for a subdivision of condominium units.
