NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Kimballs Junction Zoning Map Amendment, Land Use Map Amendment, and Development Agreement Request
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to consider the above listed request. The property is located at approximately 600 E Kimballs Ln. The purpose of the request is to amend the Zoning Map designations on the property from the RA1 (Residential Agricultural) and RA2 (Residential Agricultural) zones to the RM2 (Multi-family Residential) zone, amend the Land Use Map from the Residential Low/Medium Density designation to the Residential High Density designation, and approve a density range for the property of 25-27 dwelling units per acre. No concept site plan will be approved with this request.
