NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Alpine Hollow Preliminary Subdivision Plat and Development Agreement Request

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission and City Council to consider the above listed request. The property is located at approximately 3235 East 15780 South. The purpose of the request is to approve a Preliminary Subdivision Plat for 50 single family lots and to approve a Development Agreement which will allow for wider roadway widths, and set standards for entry way features, fencing, and private water system maintenance.  

The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall in the City Council Chambers as follows:

Planning Commission will hear both items on June 12, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.  

City Council will hear the Development Agreement on June 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
