NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION
Pursuant to UCA §20A-5-101(4)

Notice is hereby given that the following election will be held:

     (a)    Date of Election:

Tuesday, August 12, 2025 

     (b)    Vote Center Hours:

7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Election Day - August 12, 2025

3:00 PM to 7:00 PM for Early in-person voting - August 5-8, 2025

Voter inquiries may be directed to the Draper City Recorder’s Office (801) 576-6502, or by contacting the Salt Lake County Elections Office at (385) 468-7400.                    

(    (f)    Qualifications to Vote 20A-2-101(1):

To be eligible to vote in this election, a voter must:

·         Is a citizen of the United States;

·         Has been a resident of Utah for at least the 30 calendar days immediately before the election;

·         Will be at least 18 years of age on the day of the election; or if the election is a regular primary election, a municipal primary election, or a presidential primary election:

§  17 years of age on or before the day of the regular primary election, municipal primary election, or presidential primary election; and

§  18 years of age on or before the day of the general election that immediately follows the regular primary election, municipal primary election, or presidential primary election; and

·         currently resides within the voting district or precinct in which the individual applies to register to vote.
