City of Draper Notice of Ordinance Adoption – Ordinance #1656

On June 18, 2025, the Draper City Council Adopted Ordinance #1656 amending the official zoning map of draper city for approximately 20 acres of property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural) and RA2 (Residential Agricultural) to RM2 (Multi-family Residential), together with a development agreement located at approximately 600 East Kimballs Lane within Draper City otherwise known as the Kimballs Junction Zoning Map Amendment and Development Agreement.
