Plant Description: Fire-engine red flowers of this compact cultivar begin blooming in early summer and last throughout the season. Long, fleshy, evergreen leaves grow up from its base. It is tolerant of many soil types and very drought tolerant. It needs full sun to thrive.

Maintenance

Succulent (perennials with fleshy leaves and no spines): Remove dead leaves and stems. Succulents with stems that die back in the fall may be left for winter interest or removed once dried. Trim as necessary to retain a desirable shape.
