Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the City Initiated 12695 S 1700 E Zoning Map Amendment request.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 12695 S 1700 E. The purpose of the request is to rezone 10.87 acres of property from the A5 (Agricultural) zone to the RA2 (Residential Agricultural) zone.
The hearing will be held on December 6, 2023, at 7:00 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the Council Chambers.
