Classes on Tuesday
Join us for a basic introduction to mindfulness practices. These ongoing classes are a benefit to both the novice and those with experience.
Mindfulness practices can help to increase our ability to regulate emotions, and decrease stress, anxiety and depression.

- Ages 13 and up, beginners, and all fitness levels are welcome
- Classes taught by a certified mindfulness instructor
- Bring your own chair or mat

About the Instructor
- Linnea Charnholm has completed the 100-hour Mindfulness Meditation teacher training and is also trained in the youth-based Learning2Breathe Mindfulness program. She has been a Draper resident for 11 years and enjoys growing tomatoes, mountain biking in Corner Canyon, and exploring Utah’s west desert.
