Commercial vs. Home Occupation Licenses

Please note: If you are starting a business that operates from a location outside of your home, you will need to fill out a Commercial License Application. If you will be operating a business from the same address as your home, you will need to submit a Home Occupation License application.

New Applications vs. Renewals

If you are renewing either type of license (Commercial or Home Occupation), please note that there is a separate renewal application form. If you've never held a business license before, please submit a new license application.
